Formsbirds is proud to offer a $500 scholarship awarded once per year for current college students and incoming freshman pursuing higher education. FormsBirds scholarship contest is held annually to help as far as possible outstanding students to complete their college education. Your completed applications must be sent to email@example.com before 11:59pm EST on September 15th, 2017.

A valid application comprises the following: (1) a completed application form; (2) an essay; (3) an academic transcript; and (4) your photo

2. Scholarship Contest Essay
Write an essay that explain the importance of your major in today’s society. Winning submissions will give clear details, demonstrate creativity, appropriately cite sources, and express the personal thoughts of the applicant.
3. Academic Transcript
Submit a copy of your most recent official academic transcript. (Note: If you are a High School Graduating Senior, please provide a copy of your high school transcript.)
4. Your Photo
The photo will be used if your essay is chosen to be highlighted on our website.
- The language of your essay should be English.
- The number of words should be between 600-1,000.
- Save and send your essay in Word format.
- Must be 100% original.
